Souphanouvong University (SU)
Cooperates and collaborates with ministries, equivalent agencies, local administrations and organisations, and both national and international education institutions. SU has concluded Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with 11 institutions in Lao PDR. These include:

There is not a specific format of MOU from the Lao government for Souphanouvong University to sign with an institution in Lao PDR. The format and the themes of the cooperation are created based on mutual agreement between Souphanouvong University and the prospective institution; and there is no need to request for an approval from the Lao government to sign the MOU.
