Souphanouvong University
Souphanouvong University is a young university and it needs improvement in many fields. These include infrastructure, facilities and human resources. Since its establishment the university has increased a lot in term of its study programmes and staffs while the buildings for offices and classrooms remains the same. The office equipment and teaching –learning facilities are not enough and the existing ones are old and out-off date. Its human resources are still young with limited knowledge skill. Many of its staffs, teachers and researchers are bachelor holders and master holders. The university relies heavily on financial support for its human resources development. In the past years the university received some projects and financial supports from international organizations and donors like the EU and ADB for its human resource development and upgrade IT equipment.
